Booty Ballet workout is a series of movements that strengthen the entire body. With a combination of Ballet, Yoga, Pilates and functional strength, using bodyweight as a resistance to focus on alignment of optimal posture while enhancing body awareness, coordination, balance and overall strength. Booty Ballet is for anyone with or without a dance background and assists with creating a balanced ballet-barre inspired workout for multi-level groups.
