Close out your week with a vinyasa yoga class! This class is offered exclusively via ZOOM. Vinyasa means “one breath, one movement.” In this class, students will flow from one pose to the next with an emphasis on synchronization of breath and movement. Regular vinyasa practice helps to cultivate strength, focus, endurance, balance, and flexibility. Accessible to all levels, this class is designed to help relax the mind and wake up the body.
