Pilates mat class will focus on the six core principles of pilates: Concentration, Control, Centering, Efficiency of Movement, Precision, and Breathing. Clare’s teaching approach blends classical and contemporary Pilates to create a class full of variety and excitement. Pilates gives your body the strength and agility to deal with the work and joy of living, both physically and mentally. Open to beginners as well as experts! This class is offered on Tuesday and Thursday mornings.
