Slow Flow Yoga gives movers of all types and experience levels an invitation to center and connect with themselves. Slow Flow takes the time to teach alignment while also cueing opportunities to notice more subtle sensations in the body, and moving in rhythm with our breath. Modifications and props are offered in order to make the poses accessible to everyone present. And variations are often offered to guide other students deeper into a pose if they wish for more of a challenge. Thus, Slow Flow Yoga is not restricted to beginners or those with physical limitations. Everyone present can find their own personal level of challenge as they move slowly and mindfully through each class.
