Born in Oman, Ba is the youngest of five siblings. He came to the US in 2011 and since then earned his B.S. in Petroleum Engineering and M.S. in Communication.
An advocate for equality and diversity. A current board member at casa of sola. currently working on a documentary that will help showcase an underrepresented community in the United States. His previous documentary focused on expatriates and their decisions to stay in the United States. The documentary creates understanding and breaks stereotypes tied to immigration.

My art circle is consists of various individuals and collaborators who contribute to the filmmaking process. This may include:People who try to tell their stories and ideas.
How do you expand your art circle?
I expand my art circle by finding new collaborations and by bringing light to new issues that our community and the world as whole.
What value do you see in having a creative community?
Having a creative community bring value for my work and creativity, it is important to have a creative community because artists bring life and unique perspective to our communities and issues.
How does your artistic approach contribute to your community?
Being an immigrant and starting a new life by my own at the age of 18, made grow up quickly and taught me how to adapt and see issues in a different and a unique way. I believe my artistic approach contribute to my community by bring a new vision and a perspective many here haven’t experienced or seen before.
