To kick off our Community Class Series we have the amazing Melana Lloyd leading Afro-Haitian Dance. Explore and learn the fundamentals of Afro-Haitian dance and immerse yourself in drum-based movement. Through this style rooted in Haitian folklore, develop new relationships to spatial awareness, body control, human connection and polyrhythm. Live musical accompaniment for class from Herb “Pucci” Green!
