Since the age of four, dance has provided Sarah with the skills to connect and communicate with others through movement while also building her own confidence.  Sarah loves to explore new forms of movement, but her favorite styles are hip hop and tap.  One of her fondest memories of dance is dancing with her little sister in the living room to her father’s records.  She is grateful to have shared the love and experience of dance with her sister, and excited to continue dancing with the Lafayette community.

Sarah graduated from Louisiana State University earning her Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication and a minor in Business Administration and Psychology.  Upon graduation Sarah joined the Teach for America corps in St. Louis, MO starting a new adventure in education and operations.  Sarah taught a combination of classes from ages six to adult at LaVerne Meier School of Dance in St. Louis, and currently teaches at Hello Dancer in Lafayette.
