ABOUT ACADIANA DANCE MONTH:
Acadiana Center for the Arts, Basin Arts and Upstage Live join forces to present Acadiana Dance Month. This month-long celebration aims to increase awareness and advocacy for the art of dance in our Acadiana Region. With nearly 100 local dance schools, cultural groups, professional companies, student organizations, a university program and dance service providers, Acadiana is a region rich with culture and people with a love for dance.

Throughout March, we want to engage as many dance people in our community as possible! Wouldn’t it be awesome to get to know more about the people who make up our local dance community. There is wealth of talent, experience and knowledge right in our backyard and we hope this month is an inspiring way to come together around a mutual passion.
