Think prenatal pilates meets light cardio meets stretching meets dance. Non-dancers don’t worry…no experience necessary and we’ll dance a bit mostly for fun so we don’t take ourselves too seriously! Also, you don’t need any pilates experience either. This hour-long class will leave you feeling stronger, more relaxed, and more ready to keep growing that baby in your belly.
